New Student Enrollment

BEFORE PROCEEDING AND OBTAINING A REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT AT HUNTINGTON BEACH HIGH SCHOOL, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE MORE THAN ONE VISIT.
STEP 1: Collect the Following Information
  • PROOF OF AGE (Birth Certificate, OR Passport, OR official/legal document with date of birth)
  • ADDRESS VERIFICATION (2 Items)
  • IMMUNIZATION RECORDS (coming from out of state need chickenpox verification, HEP B)
  • CURRENT TB TEST RESULTS (WITHIN LAST TWO MONTHS (IF OUT OF U.S.); WHOOPING COUGH (Tdap)
  • UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS, ATTENDANCE AND DISCIPLINE RECORDS FROM PRIOR SCHOOLS ATTENDED
  • WITHDRAWAL/EXIT GRADES FROM LAST SCHOOL ATTENDED
  • INCOMING FRESHMEN REQUIRE PROOF OF PROMOTION FROM 8TH GRADE
STEP 2: Download and Complete the Forms Below
  • Home Language Survey
  • Residency Verification Form
  • McKinney Vento Assistance 
  • Non-Release Media Statement 
  • Shared Residency Form 
  • Parent Notice for Non-Release of Directory Information
  • Enrollment Questionnaire 
STEP 3: Fax or Bring the Info From Steps #1 & #2 to HBHS
