Experience Farm to Fork!

Farm to Fork is a groundbreaking class that offers students hands-on experience in cultivating fresh produce. Farm to Fork is not your average classroom experience. From seed to table, students take charge of the entire process, learning the ins and outs of organic gardening and sustainable farming practices. It's an educational journey that fosters a deep appreciation for the environment and empowers students to become agents of change.

But what sets Farm to Fork apart is the incredible integration of student-grown produce into local restaurants. We've partnered with BLK, a beloved eatery in our community that shares our commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. On Thursday, May 25th, from 5-8pm, we invite you to dine at BLK, where you can savor the fruits of our students' labor firsthand. Indulge in a delectable menu created with student-grown produce, knowing that a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the Farm to Fork program.

In addition, mark your calendars for Farm to Fork’s upcoming event, Farm Fest, on Friday, May 26th. Join us as we transform our campus into a vibrant marketplace where student-grown plants, seedlings, succulents, and flowers are available for purchase. Take home a piece of our sustainable farming legacy and nurture it in your own garden. Not only will you be supporting our program, but you'll also be contributing to a greener, healthier community.
