The Huntington Beach Academy of Performing Arts (APA) is back at it with their annual concert, “Playlist,” featuring songs selected by students, as well as some original pieces. APA’s Music, Media and Entertainment Technology (MMET) program organizes the show to showcase students’ musical and technical talents. With the help of the American Sign Language (ASL) department at Huntington Beach High School (HBHS), MMET put on a night to remember.

While runners and jumpers claim the track and field spotlight, a handful of athletes on the Huntington Beach High School (HBHS) team are mastering another sport that relies on power, precision and patience.
