9th Grade (Incoming Freshmen) Registration
- Complete Aeries Data Confirmation, August 10–14, 2026. Access the Aeries Parent Portal. If you need help creating an account, see the Data Confirmation Instructions, or contact the office starting August 6.
- Complete the HBHS Google Registration Form before arriving on campus.
- In-Person Registration — HBHS Breezeway
Last names A–M: August 25, 12:00–3:00pm
Last names N–Z: August 26, 8:00–11:00am
(Families may attend the other session if needed.) Bring your completed Data Confirmation and Google Form. You'll visit Guidance, the Student Store, Photos/ID, and pick up your Chromebook. Parents welcome. - Link Crew Orientation — Thursday, August 27, 9:00am–1:00pm, Amphitheater (students only), followed by the 9th Grade & New Student BBQ, 1:00–2:00pm.
- New Parent Meeting — Thursday, August 27, 12:45–2:00pm, HBHS Gym, while students are at the BBQ. See the invitation for details.

10th, 11th & 12th Grade Registration
- Complete Aeries Data Confirmation, August 10–14, 2026, via the Aeries Parent Portal.
- Complete the HBHS Google Registration Form, August 10–21, 2026. Registration is 100% online — no in-person visit required.
Optional in-person help is available in the HBHS Library, 10:00am–12:00pm & 1:00–2:00pm:
- August 18 — Sophomores
- August 19 — Juniors
- August 20 — Seniors
ID photos for grades 10–12 will be taken during the school day in the second week of school. Textbooks are distributed the first two weeks of school for all grades.

Schedule Changes (Add/Drop)
Course requests were finalized on April 13, 2026, and are used to build the master schedule. Schedule changes at the start of the year are limited to correcting actual errors (a missing period, a duplicate class, incorrect placement, or an incomplete schedule) — not teacher or period preference.
Schedule Correction requests must be submitted through the designated Google Form using the student's HBHS email account. The form is open:
- August 24–28, 2026
- September 7–11, 2026 (after the first 3 days of school)
