| To
better serve our staff, we are making available an “Online
Work Order” process called a “Support Ticket”.
You can request work from the following departments:
- HBHS Maintenance Department
- HBHS Network Technician
- HBHS Media Services
Here are some general rules for
online work orders:
1) ONE job only per work order submitted.
2) Event set-ups
must be submitted at lease two weeks prior
to the event.
3) Drawings for
event set-up and area layout must be hand delivered.
4) Any Support Ticket project
requiring the use of purchased materials or other products of
sizeable cost must include a department account code,
and the name of the department coordinator
approving the use of funds.
Each department receiving your Support Ticket
will be responsible for prioritizing their current tickets,
and will manage their work flow accordingly.
Projects requiring District Maintenance,
ETS, or private contractor involvement will be forwarded to
the appropriate group by our site staff.
