The Foundation is a volunteer, non-profit corporation comprised of parents,
students, alumni, staff, and representatives of business and the community to
raise funds for the benefit of all students at HBHS.
Mission Statement
The
Huntington Beach High School Foundation was established in 1995 to preserve,
support and enrich academics, the arts and athletic programs and create
opportunities for students by investing in their future.
Vision
The Huntington Beach High School Foundation will be recognized as an effective
partnership organization with the community. It is the thrust for fund
development which serves to enrich the learning environment for the benefit of
every student at HBHS.
Purpose
The purpose of the
Huntington Beach High School Foundation is to receive financial support through
donations, fundraising and endowments. These funds are maintained with one
hundred percent of the donations going towards student welfare. Activities
include:
Promote active partnerships with the business and parent
community
Contribute towards the creation of permanent projects to
enhance the school environment
Coordinate fundraising events of booster groups to support
the arts, academics and athletics.
